Susan Wright was born in Chelsworth in 1794. She married Joseph
Wright, originally from Semer, in 1813. We do not have any record of
children of the marriage.
He worked as a coal carter and died in 1859 aged 65,
but she lived as a widow for another twenty years.

George |

George Lister was a farm labourer, as well as father of three
children by his wife Elizabeth. She had died in 1859 aged 65, just like his
neighbour’s husband Joseph Wright.
George was the son of Thomas and Hannah Lister, and
so the half-brother of Susanna, the wife of Jacob Harvey of Mouses
and mother of Jacob Harvey junior. George's son James lived at the White House.
George Lister died in 1875 aged 85.
